We understand that plans may change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and ticket transfers for all events hosted by Dilkush Events, including the Business Wellness Retreat 2025.
🔹 1. Participant Cancellations
Non-Refundable Policy
- All registrations are non-refundable once payment has been made.
- This includes full and partial payments, early bird bookings, and special offers.
🔹 2. Organizer Cancellations or Postponement
a. Event Cancellation
If Dilkush Events cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, venue issue, government restrictions):
- A 100% refund will be provided to all registered participants within 7–14 working days.
b. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed:
- Your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates.
- If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you may request a credit voucher valid for use at any future Dilkush Events program within 12 months.
🔹 3. No Shows
- No refund or credit will be issued to participants who fail to attend the event without prior written communication.
🔹 4. Force Majeure Clause
Dilkush Events shall not be held liable for cancellations, interruptions, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Government regulations or travel restrictions
- Strikes, civil unrest, or acts of God
In such cases, our team will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate solutions, but refunds may not be applicable.
